PROGRAM DETAILS

Season Duration:

• In-season practices will begin early to mid-October, and the season will end in March. (1 to 2 practices a week)

• League play typically begins mid-October. Tournaments will be scheduled based on coaches’ discretion.

• Summer might include optional open gyms, as well as 3v3 leagues.

Teams:

Team formation will depend on player numbers within each age group. When dividing teams, our goal is to support athletes at all skill levels and allow them to develop at a pace that’s right for them. We use the following criteria:

• Top teams – Focused on refining advanced skills and competing at a high level (Gold or High Silver divisions)

• Second teams – Emphasize fundamental development, with some skill refinement (Silver or High Bronze divisions)

• Third teams – Introduce and build core basketball fundamentals in a recreation setting (Bronze or Rec level)

COACHING

We value and appreciate our volunteer coaches – they’re a vital part of our program’s success! If you have a passion for basketball and a desire to make a positive impact, we’d love to give you the opportunity to coach. Whether you’re experienced or just eager to get involved, we welcome all who are committed to helping our athletes grow on and off the court.
